We are committed to be the top-of-mind option for travelers and newcomers looking for a high-value lodging in Calgary. We strive to continuously improve, to offer the best possible service and, in the future, expand across Western Canada, North America, and globally.
Expanding while offering a world class service at an affordable price is not an easy task. We need to maintain a sustainable growth during the following years. So, our vision in the short term is to open more rooms while always being truth to our mission, our North Star.
HOW DID NDD STAYS BEGIN?
In June 2022, Nef arrived as a new Canadian Permanent Resident (PR) to Calgary. He stayed at an Airbnb near downtown, where he met Darika, who was traveling in the region. They fell in love, got married and, in 2023, they were able to acquire the same house where they met and decided to improve it to provide an enhanced short term rental service. This house is described by them as their “emotional house”. You can always feel free to stay in this character house!
Another house was open in 2025, and a third house in 2026. NDD stays was conceived with the premise of caring about our guests. We really care about providing a high-quality service and making the guests feel at home. We continuously improve our facilities and processes to be able to provide the best ratio of comfort and quality of bedroom/price in the hospitality industry in Calgary.
WHAT EXACTLY IS DIFFERENT ABOUT NDD STAYS?
We provide extremely clean accommodations within a nature theme. We make our guests feel at home by offering complimentary breakfast, kitchen, nice common areas, laundry service, and a friendly environment. All of this adds up to provide an extremely good service, which many of our guests have described as staying in a nice hotel for a fraction of the price!
At the same time, we keep costs low by having multi-skilled associates, by constantly improving processes, and by keeping marketing costs low and finding the best prices from suppliers. All of this with the final goal of providing the best possible stay at the best possible price for you!
