REGULAR LEASE AGREEMENT
We just add the option of subleasing (which allows us to operate short term rentals). We also ask you to sign an authorization to sublease. We then apply for a Business License with The City of Calgary. We operate in a professional way and we take care of all the process!
CRYSTAL CLEAR AGREEMENT
No additional fees or hidden clauses. We just sign a lease agreement (at least 1 year) clearly specifying how much we would pay you as tenants for a monthly rent, which is a fixed amount. No surprises for you!
WHAT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBLITIES?
NDD Stays does literally everything! You will just receive a higher than expected monthly rent. Big maintenance issues (like heating, roof, big plumbing fixings, etc), as in any regular long term lease agreement, are part of the landlord responsibilities.
IS THIS SAFE?
Totally! We have years of experience operating and have hosted thousands of guests. Nothing bad has ever happened to any property. We will require, as usual, that your property has insurance, and we will fulfill the regulations required by The City of Calgary to get a Business License to operate short term rentals.
